Creating a beautiful home or commercial space has never been easier or more affordable.
The process is simple and begins with sending pictures of the space you would like to work on to SawyerInteriorsNJ@gmail.com. From there we will setup a call to discuss your needs and what you're looking to achieve. If working together seems like a good fit, we will then schedule a date to come to your home. At your home measurements and pictures will be taken and we will discuss design direction and budget. Typically about a week later you will receive a design presentation showing several options for the anchoring piece that we are recommending for your space. Once aligned, the rest of the room will be designed. If you do not like an item in the presentation a new option will be recommended (up to 3 changes). After the final design is approved a final PDF will be sent with hanging & placement notations. All you have to do is click the links and order!
ACCESSORY DESIGN

PARTIAL ROOM DESIGN

FULL ROOM DESIGN

FULL ROOM DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION PHASE
You will receive an in-home or virtual consultation with a designer - we will discuss the construction phase of your project (built-ins, trim work, flooring, lighting) and plans will be drawn up. An in-home consultation where we meet with your contractor is included as well. After the construction phase is complete a presentation with recommendations for for furniture, rug, color/wallpaper, lighting, wall art, accessories (hard & soft) along with hanging and placement specifications

SHOP-ALONG
Unsure of what tile to pick for your backsplash? Don't know what vanity would go best in your bathroom? A shop-Along is the perfect solution to rest assured you're selecting what's appropriate for your space. $200 per hr (within the bergen county area)
COLOR CONSULT
Picking the right color is a tough decision as there are many factors that come into play - you may have seen a color you love in someone else's home, a magazine or in a paint store but in your own environment it can look very different. A color consult can help ensure you get it right the first time Entire home/8 rooms $350
PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONSULT
Looking to make some changes in your home but unsure of where but unsure where to start? Want to get some design ideas on how to maximize your space and make better use of your rooms/layout? A pre-construction consult can be the perfect fit - $200 per hr, (each additional hr is $175)
GALLERY WALL - OR- BUILT-IN SHELF SCAPING
Create an impact with a specially curated gallery wall tailored to your style and space. Design recommendations for Artwork, Frames, Dimensional Decor as well as specified hanging heights. Built-In shelves require the perfect balance of scale, material, and color - when one element if out of sync everything appears to be "off" I work with my clients to create a curated collection of pieces that are specific to their likes and the decor of the room - Pricing varies based upon size.
VIRTUAL DESIGN STAGING/LANDSCAPING/RENOVATION
For many visualization is extremely difficult. Often buyers may pass on a property simply because they can't see past cosmetic changes (both inside and out) virtual staging enables folks to see the potential in a property. Additionally homeowners struggle at times with envisioning interior and exterior renovations and need some help - virtual design is often the answer! Pricing varies - please email or call.
SINGLE ITEM - FURNITURE OR ACCESSORIES
Sometimes you may just need help with a single piece to complete or update your space. Ensuring that you're making the right choice will save time and cost - $200 per hr, (each additional hr is $175) $150 per hour for Virtual Sessions
